Pricing: We believe in running our business transparently and provide our starting off rates upfront for a basic home watch service call (based off total square footage). Each property is unique, and each client’s specific needs are unique. *Set pricing will be determined once the property is viewed and will be based off client’s specific needs. Our service is based on weekly visits to your residence.
